We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your dress must be in the same condition you received it - unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at yehonathanbusiness@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the piece you want: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to us at yehonathanbusiness@gmail.com.
